The type, properties and machinability of materials used in the production for therapeutic shoes differ greatly from the materials used in the production of street shoes. In our plant, the machines and production line were set up in accordance with the special technology required.
All three main parts of footwear production are present in our factory: cutting room, stitching room and sole assembly workshop. The serial production of the orders containing many thousands of pieces is carried out on an automated production line. In addition, our orthopedic shoemaker specialists carry out the completely handmade small-batch manufacture.
One of our company’s main trademarks is reliability, which is partly based on keeping of the confirmed delivery deadlines. Production and subprocesses are scheduled in the own-developed production planning, which can be modified flexibly in case of the changes in customer requirements and the occurence of unexpected events, beside meeting delivery deadlines.
